One Law Partners, LLC Announces Merger with Minwho Law Group
One Law Partners, LLC (Managing Partners: Kiwon Yoon and Youjung Lee) and Minwho Law Group (Managing Partners: Kyunghwan Kim, Jusun Choi, and Jinyoung Yang) have announced their merger. Effective October 1, 2026, the combined firm will operate under the name One Law Partners, LLC.
The merger brings together the complementary strengths of both firms. One Law Partners, LLC has extensive experience in litigation, corporate advisory, and government advisory matters, while Minwho Law Group has developed a technology-focused practice with expertise in information technology, intellectual property, data, privacy, and technology regulation.
The merger reflects a shared vision of bringing together professionals who understand both technological and societal change in an era of AI-driven transformation. By combining their respective capabilities, the unified firm aims to develop AI-enabled work processes and further strengthen its client service offerings.

In conjunction with the merger, One Law Partners, LLC will launch its AI Data Protection and Security Center on October 1, 2026. The Center will focus on addressing complex issues involving data, information security, intellectual property, and other emerging technology-related challenges
